Boudica was a historical figure from England; a Celtic queen, fierce warrior, and natural leader who made history by raising an army to battle the invading Roman Empire.
Inspired by her bravery, I took on the derby name “Boudica” when I was a roller derby skater for FoCo Girls Gone Derby and Slaughterhouse Derby Girls.
I’m honored to have the chance to carry the name onto my business.
I will be using this website to share the knowledge I’ve learned while working in the advertising departments of two major news media companies.
